I’m Ayushi, a 20-year-old who has always dreamt of becoming a mental health professional — a psychologist. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the human mind — how we think, feel, and connect with the world. That curiosity led me to psychology, writing, and the dream of making a difference in people’s lives.
I was born in Bangalore, Karnataka, but I grew up in Uttar Pradesh, and those two places have shaped who I am in many ways. I have so many dreams, and only life knows what’s in store for me.
A war brews between a thinker and a dreamer, a hope I carry: he must return from death. All it needs is a little help; my warmth, I must say, casts a spell.
Writing has always been my safe space — whether it’s poetry, articles, or thought-provoking content. Poetry, especially, is my beautiful world, where I weave my emotions and experiences into words, finding both expression and comfort.
Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve wanted to have my own blog — a place where I could explore ideas, spark conversations, and inspire people. In fact, I used to write on Wattpad (not so very proud of it) under a different pen name when I was younger, a practice that helped me find my voice.
I’m passionate about mental health, psychology, social issues, and self-care, but I promise to bring something fresh once in a while.

I’m a foodie and a bit of a couch potato, yet I always find myself stepping out now and then to feel refreshed.
Now, a little about me personally: I’m an introvert who’s shy and camera-shy too — being in front of the camera is a definite no-no for me. I’ve never been the popular kid, and that’s perfectly fine with me. Writing gives me the voice I need, without the spotlight.
Right now, I’m figuring out my professional path, but one thing I know for sure — writing will always be a part of my journey. I hope this space becomes a source of insight, comfort, and motivation — for both you and me — just as writing has always been for me.
Why not we claim all the earth and the sky; grasp every wonder that that reaches the eyes — conquer over every dream , whether be a slumber or the waking world.
